What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is the use of telecommunication technology to provide healthcare services without an in-person office visit. Telehealth is done primarily online with internet access on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. This includes videoconferencing,  telephone, and text messaging via a secure connection. 

How can I prepare for my telehealth visit?

  • Find a quiet and private spot where you can discuss your healthcare concerns. 
  • Write down important information before the visit such as: current medications and doses. Any symptoms, questions, or concerns you want to discuss.
  • Keep paper and pen nearby to take notes during your telehealth appointment.

Does Active Care Partners take insurance?

At this time we do not accept insurance. We do accept cash, credit, debit, FSA, HSA cards.
